Experience gained through the delivery of internal projects as well as solutions developed for external clients. The work covered the full application lifecycle — from requirements analysis, through database architecture design and implementation in Oracle APEX, to the maintenance and further development of existing systems.

The working environment was based on Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQLwith a strong emphasis on stability, scalability, and clear, well-structured business logic.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications

A manufacturer in the ceramic industry required improvements in customer relationship management within an environment based on Oracle databases. Available off-the-shelf solutions did not provide the required level of integration with existing internal systems.

The scope of the application includes:

  • management of the customer and contact database,
  • lead management,
  • document repository,
  • internal calendar module (without integration with external systems).

My responsibilities included:

  • participation in consultations and requirements definition,
  • design of the database structure and application architecture,
  • application implementation,
  • solution development and maintenance.

BI System – Business Intelligence

A Business Intelligence system supporting the analysis of business data through the consolidation of data from the request handling and asset inventory applications and presenting it in user-defined reports.

The solution scope includes:

  • retrieval of reporting data from other database systems using database links,
  • creation of reports defined and configured by employees.

My responsibilities included:

  • joining an existing project,
  • providing support for bug fixes and minor application development tasks.

Customer Risk Assessment System

A system supporting customer risk assessment based on data from internal systems, used in compliance and regulatory risk management processes.

The solution scope includes:

  • management of the customer database,
  • creation and maintenance of customer profiles,
  • calculation of risk levels based on data entered and retrieved from other internal systems,
  • mechanism for periodic verification and updating of customer data,
  • import of customer data from external files.

My responsibilities included:

  • participation in consultations and definition of business requirements,
  • implementation of risk assessment logic according to the provided requirements,
  • preparation of mechanisms for periodic verification of customer data,
  • implementation of customer data import,
  • participation in further application development activities.

A system supporting employees in preparing and presenting agreement (settlement) addenda for clients, used in operational processes.

The solution scope includes:

  • creation and editing of agreement addenda based on system data,
  • generation of addendum documents in printed form.

My responsibilities included:

  • preparation of print and document templates for addenda using Oracle BI Publisher.

A system supporting request registration and processing, asset management, and inventory processes, integrated with other internal organizational systems and encompassing multiple functional modules.

The solution scope includes:

  • request management,
  • fixed asset management,

  • integration of data with other internal systems.

My responsibilities included:

  • joining an existing project,
  • participation in consultations regarding further application development,
  • implementing bug fixes and developing new functionalities based on provided requirements.

A solution supporting automated testing of database logic, encompassing stored procedures, PL/SQL packages, and functions used by the application.

The solution scope included:

  • design and implementation of test procedures based on predefined test data,

  • ensuring repeatability and consistency of regression tests.

My responsibilities included:

  • design of test scenarios,
